Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Telos mobile application (the “Service”), developed and operated by Hamza Karim (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Account Registration
To access the core features of Telos, you must register an account using either Email, Google, or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify us promptly.

2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of supporting your personal productivity and habit tracking. You may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. You also agree not to interfere with the functionality or security of the Service, attempt to access data belonging to other users, or use the Service in a manner that could impair its performance or degrade the experience for others.

3. Subscriptions and Payments
All payments and any applicable refund requests are managed by the Apple App Store, and are subject to Apple’s terms and billing policies. You will be clearly informed of any charges before subscribing or making a purchase within the app.

4. Data Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and protected. By using Telos, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your associated data will be removed from our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform in any way.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will operate without interruption or errors. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the app. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
